The training is conducted one-on-one over 30 hours of face-to-face and/or online sessions, tailored to expand your knowledge and deepen your experience with Reiki. As part of your learning, you'll participate and assist in both Reiki I and Reiki II workshops, either with Helen or another practitioner, gaining invaluable insights into workshop facilitation from a teacher's perspective.

Throughout the course, you'll master the art of performing Tibetan and Japanese Usui attunements, while also receiving these attunements yourself to enhance your connection to Reiki energy. A comprehensive manual and a certificate upon completion will mark your achievement, accompanied by ongoing mentoring to support your continued growth and evolution as a Reiki practitioner and teacher.
